At RD1 Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all RD1 tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
